Seek guidance from nature with intention, gratitude and openness, ...
..., and when leaving do so with gratitude and openness. For the gift of personal symbols, metaphors, reflections offered by the welcoming wilderness.

A prayer ...
" ... yet not my will, but yours be done." (Luke 22:42)
Not just "will" but "wish" as well. A prayer for the tough times. And for the good.

1+1=_________
... 3 sometimes. Or something more perhaps.
The intersection of two regions results in a third. Ideas when combined often create or reveal new unexplored dimensions.

A sense of balance, a sense of centered purpose.
In a chaotic world, with its demands, priorities, goals, and multifaceted information sources, the need to find and refine what balance really means is as important as ever. If anything the world which now fits into ones pocket just keeps getting closer. To keep it from closing in altogether, we need to carve out places within ourselves. An architecture that holds personal meaning, containing symbols one can identify with easily. Symbols that are both simple and layered with meaning, and most of all linked comfortingly with ones personal or professional experience. Consider the symbols one associates with growth, or justice, or peace, or sacrifice, or service. It could be any or all of these, or any other, just as it could be a religious symbol, but it does not need to be. Anything that absorbs the mind: engages the mischievous child, tempers the ardent youth, steers the rebel, challenges the ambitious adult, inspires the wise elder, all of whom and more are within us. And it could be a phrase with a deeper meaning. Uplifting strains of music, calmer breaths, strenuous work. Anything that connects, making us kinder and more resolute versions of ourselves, cannot be too far from the right balance we seek.

We must struggle with our truths.
More so than at the words or the actions of anyone else. Realize that perhaps they too are dealing with complexities of life in ways not dissimilar from our own. Accept that on occasion sincere words and efforts may inadvertently drift afar or even hit closer than intended. Keep working on these and the truths we seek for bringing us closer.

World: survival ... sentience ...
With so many things in between and beyond. Sexuality. Spirituality. Connecting us cosmically. The future with the past. Drives and desires, the seemingly insurmountable challenge really a reminder about the link that runs through the world. And us.

On voicing opinions and reasons.
Regardless of how strongly felt ones emotions are, or how well reasoned ones thoughts, consider the relative importance of the issue itself. There are, after all, plenty of matters to deal with, some more important personally than others. Select the ones that need to be won first, along the venue for voicing these. Recognize when one is just venting. And when the conclusion is a foregone one.

Some boundaries are better left untested
Possessing the ability, the opportunity, and the will to cross over, may not be the best reason to do so. For curiosity maybe. For kindness quite likely.
