Labels make it easier to classify objects, not people.

To associate labels with people would be placing a bounding box around their unbounded potential, imagination, feelings, ideas and ideals. Give others, everyone, a second chance, then the third, as many times or more of what we wish others would give us too. Especially when we stumble over our words or actions.
